Data Deletion Instructions

At VidAU ADS, we respect your data rights and privacy. If you wish to remove your data from our systems, you can do so through the methods outlined below.

How to Request Data Deletion

1Revoke Platform Access

If you connected via third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), you can revoke access directly in their settings.

After Revocation:

  • ✓We lose access to your ad data immediately.
  • ✓Historical data is deleted within 30 days.

2Email Request

You can manually request full account deletion by contacting our support team.

Email to:

support@vidau.com

Include:
  • Account Email Address
  • Connected Platforms (if any)

Data Covered

Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently remove or anonymize:

  • Account InfoProfile, Settings, Auth Data
  • Ad DataCampaigns, Ad Groups, Creatives
  • ReportsGenerated Analytics & Metrics
